In This Role YouWill

·        Assist the coordination of simultaneous interpreters in bigconferences

·        Assist the Marketing Manager on booth set up and promotion

·        Help with post conference party set up and coordinate importantguests

·        Support marketing manager in workshop design, invitation andhosting

·        Deliver some of the marketing materials such as event photos andvideos

·        Post event contact of key leads by email

·        Track and monitor the success of different events

BasicQualifications

·        Basic data analysis skills

·        Excellent communication skills

·        Fluent in English and Chinese

·        Likes to take ownership and ready to feel accountable for ownprojects

·        Curious to learn and adapt to new business situations

·        Time management and attention to detail

·        Knowledge of localization and translation industry is a plus
